Blackjack Switch is a variant of blackjack in which a player is dealt two hands and is allowed to swap the top two cards between hands.

If you as a player are dealt 10 and 5 and knight and 7 in each hand, you can swap your cards and form your best hands with 21 and 12, in this example. Payouts in this kind of blackjack is 1:1. A dealer 22 is a push.

It seems obvious when you should change your cards. As a general rule: You should always be concerned about making one good single hand. Blackjack is paid immediately.

This is important in this variation because of the push when dealer hits 22, this comes into play when you might decide to keep two good hands against a bad dealer card instead of taking the automatic payout of the blackjack.
